Step 1: Clarity first

First, we get clear on where you are now and where you want to get. We’ll start with an in-depth analysis of your current situation, considering roles & responsibilities, processes, technology, and governance. We’ll translate your goals into measurable objectives, set a clear scope, identify the highest-ROI measures, and build a roadmap of practical actions. By the end of this first phase, you will have a clear picture on what to do and how to do it.

Step 2: Active change

We make sure your team gets all the training and support needed, that the right governance is integrated into your way of working, and that technology changes are properly implemented. During this phase I can act as advisor and coach, or get hands-on as project manager.
