My career began in ICT operations, but I quickly realised it wasn’t the technology itself that determined success - it was the gap between intention and execution, and why so many good ideas got stuck there. Since 2017, Ambertree has been helping technology-driven service organisations tackle their process, service, and knowledge challenges, and build systems that actually work.
