Why should I work with you?

How would you describe your ideal client?

  • You are a decision-maker in an SME or department providing IT, data, or telecom services. 
  • You are personally involved with the engagement, from beginning to end – though others can participate, as needed. Whatever the challenge you want to address, it matters to you.
  • You know your strengths, and respect mine. You are looking for expertise to complement your own, not validate your own.

What sets you apart from the other consultants out there?

  • My commitment to delivering value. I’m not here to preach the latest trend or grand idea. And, while I certainly aim for enduring relationships, I’m not looking for a permanent place in your team – freelance or otherwise. I’m here to help you achieve your desired outcome, as efficiently as possible.
  • My systematic, clarity-driven approach. I don’t just “wing it”. I make sure we are both clear on what is going to happen, why it needs to happen, and what the outcome of each step will be.
  • My technology-independence. I’m not in the business of selling you this tool or that platform. I’m in the business of helping you identify and implement the best solution for your particular situation - technology or otherwise.
  • My ability to cut through noise. Previous clients have complimented me on my ability to quickly grasp a complex situation, separate noise from signal, and get things moving.
  • My experience with IT and digital transformation. With over 15 years of dedicated work in IT development and operations, data, digital, and telecom, I have a thorough understanding of their “business” and common challenges.

Should I fix some things first, before we start working together?

You could. But, to put it bluntly, why haven’t you? If you were certain about what needed to be done, and were certain you knew the best way to do it, you probably would have done it already.
