I’m passionate about helping IT organisations improve their knowledge management and communication. These often bottleneck the potential of companies – and the people in them. Solving these problems can seem very complicated. But it doesn’t have to be. While there is plenty of technology available, companies often lack the know-how and effective practices to tie it all together, optimize their knowledge sharing, and achieve real results. It's my mission to help IT teams leverage their knowledge more effectively, to deliver more value, more efficiently.

Hans has more than 10 years of experience in IT operations and business intelligence. He completed a Bachelor of ICT at Thomas More, and a Master degree of Information Management at the Catholic University of Leuven. He is a certified KCS Practitioner, ArchiMate 3 Practitioner, ITIL service management, and PRINCE2 project management.
